Studio at SXSW

Studies show that more than three-quarters of Americans don't feel confident enough to explore their creativity. So Sharpie and Paper Mate launched their line of creative new products at the hub of creativity and innovation – SXSW.

We transformed a bar on Rainey Street into The Sharpie X Paper Mate Studio, a three-day interactive space for people to explore their creativity. Attendees could try their hand at fashion design in the Sharpie Closet, enjoy imaginative cocktails at the Creative Cocktail Bar, and send joyful postcards from the Paper Mate Joy Lounge.

We teamed up with top creative professionals, including Mindy Kaling, to host Studio events that showed just how easy it is to unlock your creative side with a Sharpie or Paper Mate in hand.
